Elegant and slow - this pilates inspired upper body workout tones your arms-chest-back and helps to stretch and lengthen those muscles. Breathe deeply and let's get through this "comfortable" training session. I really liked this routine, it's not a hardcore workout but feels super good (especially if you are sitting too much)!
