Do you have milk? / Make this wonderful dessert without oven! 👍🔝New version

A quick dessert to make! Based on milk, sugar, vanilla, flour, butter and cornstarch. Nothing's easier ! Your family will love your original Turkish dessert that is prepared without an oven. This is a recipe that I posted more than a year ago but did not include American / English units of measurement, it was time to do it. Good tasting !

Ingredients :
100 g butter (¼ cup + 3 tbsp)
120 g flour (¾ cup)
1 litre of milk - 4 cups
1 soup spoon cornstarch
200ml water (¾ cup)
90 g sugar (¼ cup + 3 tbsp)
100ml lukewarm water (¼ cup + 3 tbsp)
