This is how you do a fashion show I guess. Surprises are there for you from beginning to end. The set is surprising, with a hole and mysterious stairs in the middle. The guests are surprising, they look like an artistic ideal dinner, full of actresses, fashion editors, singers, designers. The collection is surprising, full of references JW Anderson is nice enough to break down for our camera. The inspiration is surprising, a painting by the italian painter Jacomo Pontormo, a symphony of blues and pinks, of drapings, no landscape, just bodies performing a weird ascensional deposition. This is the marvelous LOEWE collection for summer 2022!
